Jeff Carleton’s recruiting career began in 2007 when he moved from Eugene, OR to Boston, MA, joining one of the largest pharmaceutical hubs in the nation.

After 3 years of experience in a multitude of industry roles, Jeff and his wife Heather decided to start BioNorth Recruiting. The company focuses exclusively on physician recruitment, primarily in the areas of clinical development, medical affairs, and pharmacovigilance.

For the past decade, Jeff has worked with industry leaders to help them hire the top physicians available for their needs.

In 2012 Jeff and Heather moved to Bend, OR to start a family and make their home in the Pacific Northwest– a part of the country they have always been drawn to.

Outside of work Jeff loves coffee, exercise, cooking for his family, and exploring the natural wonders of Oregon.
